Provisional booking subject to changes. We have reserved a number of rooms for members who will be staying overnight (Thursday 14th March). These rooms will be released when the booking is confirmed, but if you want to ensure a room, then you must book early as any rooms held for us will only be available for a short time once released. Please note that the numbers for our annual dinner are limited, and will available on a first come first served basis. Each Member Company may apply for up to two complimentary places for the dinner event. If additional places are required (subject to availability) they will be allocated and charged at cost.
